As we step into 2026, Beyond Tartan is honoured to sponsor this year’s Veterans’ Coffee Social. As a veteran-owned business, founded by Paul Breeze and his wife Tara, supporting the veteran community is not just something we do, it is something we deeply believe in. Community, connection, and camaraderie remain at the heart of everything we stand for.
We were especially touched to see the success of the recent Christmas brunch hosted by Venvi Port Perry Villa, where sixteen local veterans gathered for a wonderful meal and a morning filled with warmth, laughter, and shared memories. Moments like these are exactly why initiatives like the Veterans’ Coffee Social matter so much.
Beginning Saturday, January 31 at 10:00 am, and continuing on the last Saturday of every month, veterans are invited to gather in the Branch Clubroom for a relaxed and welcoming morning together.
This is about more than coffee. It is about connection. It is a space for military members, past and present, to share stories, reconnect with friends, and build new relationships with others who understand the unique experiences of service life.
There is no RSVP required and no Legion membership needed. Simply come as you are and enjoy complimentary coffee or tea, light snacks, and good company.
